Experience working in Salesforce (can also be Trailhead experience)
Eagerness to learn new technologies and solve problems
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English + French
Familiarity with Databases and basic SQL knowledge
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
Nice to have:
Knowledge in Javascript, HTML, CSS, Java, Apex
Experience working in a customer service environment
Provide primary Salesforce support to colleagues across the organization
Identify, diagnose, and report technical problems
Document existing processes and update them as they are revised
Onboard and train new colleagues across the organization
Work on new features together with the Salesforce Team
Test new implementations being rolled out
Create reports and design dashboards
