• You have three to five years of experience in recruiting; experience in a start-up would be a
• You have a very good understanding of people and love contact with other people
• You work quickly, precisely and understand your position as a service provider externally as
well as internally
• You have already set up your own recruiting processes
• You have a very good command of German, both spoken and written
• You are responsible for actively and passively identifying the most suitable candidates for us
and getting them excited about us
• You take over the management of all recruiting topics
• You play a key role in building our employer branding
• You make recruiting measurable by setting up a KPI system that suits us
• You manage to develop us into a best practice company in the field of recruiting
