Your task:

We are looking for a process and operations generalist with a strong focus on execution. The candidate will be an integral part of the expansion team and take over project responsibility from day one. 

Major work streams include:

  • Actively launching / coordinating both sell side and buy side of the platform (product, tech, operations, sales related topics)
  • Learn how call center and operations work
  • Interview, coordinate and hire call center employees
  • Train call center employees (SDR / call center / Account Management)
  • Coordinate all Local processes
    • Make sure outbound emails (marketing, communications) are up to date and translated properly
    • Monitor local invoicing process is running smoothly (VAT, local tax issues)
    • Monitor local law exceptions e.g. “stolen” leased car in italy/france is sold abroad, as no documentation is needed / provided
  • Deal with day to day activities
    • Handle hardware distribution and interactions with local KAMs and VIs
    • Strategic sales - Monitor local leads development and assignation (territory cutting)
    • Product - Point out local ad-hoc product features etc.
    • Deal with local AM / Ops / Transport / QA issues
  • Put out local fires
  • PMO - work with various teams throughout the organisation to unlock value for opportunities and new initiatives
  • Strategic initiative - work on strategic topics and actively shape the organization with data driven decision making
  • Travel to the required locations to handle urgent topics and have a detailed understanding of the market
  • Responsibilities
    • You will be fully responsible for the success and timeliness of the launch of your location
    • You will help define and optimize the processes of a launch and our launch playbook
    • You will work together with the central Expansion team to analyze and define the project scope
    • You will communicate with many different external stakeholders and across many different internal departments e.g. dealerships, sales staff, partners, etc.

 

Your profile:

The role will require ability to actively execute and handle multiple work streams at the same time.

  • Driven individual, ~2 years of experience in high-growth start-up or high-performance environment needed.
  • Self starter, entrepreneurial mindset, problem solver, data driven in an environment of uncertainty 
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals and succeeding 
  • Strong people skills to act as sparring partner for the business as well as influence decision making 
  • Capable of learning, assimilating information quickly and deliver them in a clear way (good speaker)
  • Native in French and proficiency in English (German is a plus) are a requirement
